Hands on Project Management specialising in small to medium communication based projects.
I am one of the lucky people who earns a living doing something I am passionate about. My business, Sixty by Twenty undertakes project management for regional and rural businesses and government organisations.
If you have a project that needs direction or is a little unusual, my breadth of experience, technical skills and hands on approach will ensure high quality delivery, on time and on budget.

Sixty by Twenty owner, Noni McCarthy has undertaken a diverse range of projects over recent years funded by bodies such as;
  • Queensland Department of Multicultural Affairs - Bulloo and Paroo Shires
  • Regional Development Australia – Orana,
  • the Australia Korea Foundation,
  • NSW Department of Industry,
  • Bulloo Shire Council,
  • NSW Department of Environment and Climate Change and
  • a number of well-known regional businesses.

These projects have combined stakeholder engagement and management, grant applications, strategic planning and research capacity with professional qualifications and experience in agriculture, business management, skilled migration, communication and marketing, photography and design.

Many of these projects have focused on understanding regional communities and communication of the benefits offered for families and young professionals, both Australian citizens and migrants.

Current major projects include leading two, three-year projects focused on community readiness for integration of migrants into outback communities in south west Queensland on behalf of Qld Department of Local Government, Racing and Multicultural Affairs and the Bulloo and Paroo Shires.
